We provide cleaning and organizing services to residential and commercial clients in the Massachusetts area. Our services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Payment for our services is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and credit cards. A 3% processing fee will be added to credit card transactions. If payment is not received at the time of service, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
To ensure that our schedule runs smoothly and to avoid last-minute cancellations or rescheduling, we require a minimum of three days' notice prior to your appointment for any cancellation or rescheduling requests.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least three days before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule within less than three days of your scheduled appointment time, your deposit will be forfeited.
We require a deposit to reserve your appointment time, which is calculated into the total cost of services. If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be applied to the new appointment time, as long as you provide at least three days' notice prior to your original appointment time.
If you reschedule within less than three days of your original appointment time, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reserve your new appointment time.
Please understand that our cancellation and rescheduling policies are in place to ensure that we can continue to provide our services in a timely and efficient manner.
At Luxurious Cleaning & Organizing Services LLC, we understand that pets are an important part of your family. We welcome well-behaved pets in your home during our cleaning and organizing services. However, we have some guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff and your pets.
Pet Disclosure: Please inform us if you have pets in your home when you schedule your cleaning or organizing service. This will allow us to make any necessary accommodations and adjustments to our cleaning process.
Vaccinations: All pets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations. Please provide us with proof of your pet's vaccinations upon request.
Pet Supervision: We ask that you keep your pets in a separate room or outside while our staff is cleaning or organizing. This is for the safety of both our staff and your pets. If your pet must be in the same area, please keep them under your supervision at all times.
Pet Behavior: We require that all pets be well-behaved and non-aggressive. If our staff feels uncomfortable or threatened by your pet, we may ask that the pet be removed from the area.
Pet Clean-Up: Please ensure that any pet waste or debris is cleaned up before our staff arrives. We cannot clean up pet waste or debris as part of our cleaning or organizing service.
Additional Fees: We may charge an additional fee if your pet requires special cleaning or if we need to spend additional time in your home due to your pet's behavior.

We take great care in providing our services, but we are not liable for any damages or injuries that occur as a result of our services. We are not responsible for damage to items that are not properly secured or notified to us before cleaning. We also reserve the right to refuse service if we feel that our staff's safety is compromised. We are fully insured.
